We have ordered what we believe to be brand new backpack. We received a used and broken backpack. And there was nothing in the description to indicate that we received a used item. From the broken zipper, to the scrawled baby name and info on the inside, to the dirty and scratched graphics on the bottom of the bag, this item was an absolute disappointment. It is unbelievable that they would try to resell this item. Our daughter was heartbroken when we told her the bag was useless; she liked her looks. So be careful buyers, we are returning this bag and would hate if you got what we did.
