I originally left a 1 star review because the glue was bad for them and I didn't get a chance to use them at all and was very disappointed. The company personally contacted me and apologized for the first batch I received and offered to send me new ones for free and if they're still not good I can get a refund. Well I got the second batch and it worked! I think I only had a few faulty ones the first time, but they stuck straight away and I left them overnight to make sure they really stuck to my dash. They're rubber, not plastic, feel nice and won't scratch the popsocket! You have to tilt it at the right angle for it to slide, but it holds my phone very well. I can even pull on it and it won't budge. The company continued to follow me to make sure I liked the product and made me happy that I was happy with the product. Best customer service and great holder! Will buy again when a replacement is needed.
