A few years ago I bought Kid Kusion Clearly Safe Grills at a local store. I loved her! After a few years of use, they reacted to the oven's heat and melted somewhat, clinging carelessly to the oven's handles. I had a hard time finding them again, so I was thrilled when I found them online. They differ in design from the ones I've bought before, but since they're the same brand, I decided to buy them. Unfortunately they are not the same. They make it difficult for my elderly mother to operate the stove. I could twist them, but they definitely required a lot more strength than I wanted to muster. While I'm sure they do a good job of protecting the knobs from accidental twisting, they didn't work for me because they did the job too well! My mother's weak hands could not control the stove once in place. So for now, we're going to keep using the old melted guards and keep looking for the "old" style!
