Poor workmanship/quality control
, I am a physical therapist and purchased Curve for personal use. This is one of the best cleaning tools I have ever used. I decided to buy Echo for professional use in my clinic. I was disappointed with the finish of the instrument I received. I don't know how it passed quality control. And at this price you expect a case. The cheaper Curve tool came with one.
