Honestly I really liked this toothpaste. I used regular toothpaste for a while and my teeth became incredibly stained with tea and coffee. I work in a dental office and am applying for dental school and I don't want to have yellow teeth while maintaining dental health. I wish I had taken a picture beforehand but I definitely noticed a change in the color of my teeth. However, I think I should add that teeth whitening generally works best for people who have more yellow in their teeth because you can tell a big difference. Either way, I highly recommend it. This makes me feel much more comfortable with my teeth. You look like you did before coffee and tea.
