Since the outbreak of the COVID19 virus, I have had to spend a lot more time on the computer and have had severe headaches. I bought this screen because I heard it helps block blue light that causes headaches. I love this product! All you had to do was place it on the screen and it fitted perfectly. You can easily attach and detach it to wipe any dust that may have accumulated. My headaches went down significantly almost immediately after I started using the screen. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to work on a computer for a long time.
