The easy access of all my contacts in one place makes it so much easier than trying to navigate through multiple spreadsheets or programs! I wish there was more flexibility with some features like emailing clients directly from within 7th sense but they have been working hard at implementing new updates which will help fix these issues for sure!! It's not perfect yet however we are currently making progress towards fixing our biggest problems (which include time management). We've had success reducing staff turnover because this program helps us keep track of who has contacted whom throughout each month as well as how many times those people called/emailed back vs just checking off an item when sending out mass emails etc. This also keeps everyone updated regarding any changes made during different stages of prospect development thus increasing client satisfaction & retention rates due to feeling involved along way too often before reaching potential prospects via cold calling /email campaigns. Our goal now moving forward is maximizing productivity while minimizing.
