I was disappointed in my encounter with SHD after being eager to try out their many offerings. The things I received were complicated and did not live up to the company's promise of cutting-edge innovation. In search of a tablet that may serve multiple purposes, I just made a purchase from the SHD online store. Unfortunately, I soon realized that the tablet was so sluggish and unresponsive that it was next to impossible for me to get anything done. Another letdown was the low battery life; I had to keep charging it throughout the day. Furthermore, there were no manuals or guides included with the tablet, which made it difficult to set up and personalize. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but their answer was slow and unhelpful, which further added to my annoyance. My time spent using SHD products was frustrating on the whole. Despite the products' claims of being cutting-edge, they fall short in both practicality and user friendliness. If you're looking for something dependable and simple to use, I wouldn't go with this company's offerings.
