Liberty Bells are a hidden danger to our feathered friends. Often made of unsafe metal and with crackers available to birds, there have been many cases of heavy metal poisoning from birds chewing on the bells, removing and ingesting the crackers. However, these bells are made of safe stainless steel and because they are shaped like a long tube, the birds cannot reach the crackers. This is the perfect alternative for birds that love to shake their bells. I had to attach it to a longer chain for my kennel as the chains supplied are very short but this is a minor issue and other birds may not need to adjust this product. My bird just prefers to grab the bells by the chain to shake them, that's all. All in all this is a fantastic product and a must have for any bird that loves to shake their bells.
