I love the rite of passage but all shoes with straps never fit. I needed these shoes for the event and bought them because I couldn't find anything better and didn't want my daughter to be uncomfortable in shoes. I bought the 9W extra, but even then the belt was removed. I was expecting this but didn't think it would end up in the middle!
