If you plan to install it on something that is NOT a tree (which usually has multiple branches at different heights): Shorten the length of the anchor straps provided with this kit. What is the safest way to do this? Simply wrap these straps around the structural "joint" that will support your new tree swing - a few more times! (Until they are as short as you need). Side Panel: This installation method also helps keep those straps in place; Better than everyone else. More specifically, despite the inability of their "Technical Support" staff to put together an accurate "Installation Guide" booklet, for: whether this tree swing is typical of the products that "Hazlicollection.com" may offer; Then I give this supplier one of the highest ratings I have ever posted here on Revain.
