this sweats a great deal if it has been refrigerated or frozen. l found that freezing it is a bit useless for actually drinking due to size & it melts moderately slow/fast if there is nothing in contact with it warming it up. I'm not that fond of the drinking method. The spout is not as easy as applying pressure & "squirting" would be or popping up a spout as would be my personal preference. Other reviewers have mentioned that this particular kind of spout has quite a few benefits, but I just don't like it.Bought in Oct.2020 & I only used it during summer months. It started to leak when I started using it a few times in April 2022
