DO NOT BUY! 24 hours still not dry on card

I would not buy this product again. The ink NEVER dries out. I left these cards I made for an apartment building (12 total) for 24 hours before closing because the ink wouldn't dry. not dry yet. What should I do now? As far as I know, this company doesn't owe me my money back, but they do owe me a deck of cards. DO NOT BUY!
