After using a non-digital meat thermometer for several years, I decided to switch to a digital version. There was so much to choose from that this one caught my eye. Apart from the attractive looks, this meat thermometer is very easy to use and has only 3 buttons. The buttons are used to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit, turn on the LED screen and hold the button. It turns on when you open the dipstick, which is great because I don't have to worry about draining the battery if I accidentally press a button in a drawer. Another great feature is the temperature instructions printed directly on the thermometer. I no longer have to search the internet for the right temperature because I have this guide right here. I have used this thermometer several times and it always gives accurate readings. I highly recommend this product!
