Be vigilant. These pans are VERY light compared to almost all others. They are non-stick as advertised. The Dutch Oven in our set has a noticeable 1/4 inch curve in the middle of the bottom. As a result, whatever is cooked in it will burn in the center and be less baked on the edges. I contacted Gotham Steel and they reassured me the skillets were guaranteed for life (huge laugh factor here), but the terms of claiming the warranty are more than a scratch on the head. You must first fax them a copy of the purchase receipt (this is difficult on your cell phone) then you must mail the pot back to the returns department along with your $10 receipt. The conditions are so onerous that "most people just toss the pan and buy another at the local store" (from a customer service representative). "It's probably cheaper to just buy a different pan than paying round-trip shipping for a replacement.
