I expect this product will work, although I'll probably ask for a refund. Obviously it wasn't damaged in transit, it was obviously damaged at the factory. FYI, this one Products Sold for a fee less than $5 I paid twice as much because I liked the idea of a sealed device that looks solid in a clear plastic case I bought from Revain and expected a quality product, like can be seen in the photo I feel I got it less value now with the case broken hence I have to deduct two stars.
