My old knife was really OLD. So it's time for a new one. After some research, I settled on the rotary cleaner from OXO Softworks. The day he arrived, I was in the process of making lamb stew. MY GOD! I've peeled carrots and potatoes in no time ZAP! Comfortable grip and easy to use. MORE on other vegetables. Do your homework, remember what works for me may NOT work for YOU. The lamb stew was Mmmmmmmmmmmmm GOOD!
