The instructions for use for this product are really not very clear. After experimenting a bit I figured out how to use it and fully restore my hair in 4 washes. So instead of using it as a traditional conditioner, I use it as a hair mask. Before I shower, I rub a little into the long strand of my hair, avoiding the scalp. I button it up and step into the shower buttoned up. After washing and shaving, I wash my hair with Prell. It is cheap and works very well with this product. Then I use a small amount of this product. (Half cent size) Rub between palms and simply sweep through hair. Think of the tiny amount. Then rinse and you're done. My thigh length hair hasn't been this soft and shiny and straight since I was in elementary school. I'm 59 now. I get compliments every time I'm not home and I caught my husband running his fingers over it while I was sleeping. That alone makes me never want to stop using this product. i really love it PS The first time I used it as a regular conditioner my hair got frizzy at the bottom. I'm so glad I tried something different. That's a bomb!
