Perfect idea but if you want to cook more than one piece at a time then good luck as long as it's no less than 2.5cm thick. Why doesn't the manufacturer make a gusseted bag? Also, the manufacturer tried to run one of these in the dishwasher after the fish was cooked. I bet the bag needed brushing. Still, the idea is great, it just needs a little tweaking.
