This product is complete bullshit. The software is so bad that the device is almost unusable. Several reasons: 1. Even after resizing the screen correctly, the Netflix "app" still didn't fit the screen. 2. The preinstalled Netflix was not an app at all, just a website downloader.3. Netflix could not be found in the Play Store. I'm sure other apps won't be found either.4. The Play Store was practically unusable. There was no indication of where the cursor was, so I had to click and find what I wanted through trial and error.5. I tried to factory reset the device
