The mount worked exactly as I expected and was easy to install. You simply remove the monitor base, use the screw that secures the base to attach the adapter, and then attach the adapter to the VESA mount. If the directions for a product (if required) are poorly written (difficult to understand due to language or grammar issues) or just too difficult to follow, she loses a star if the product meets or exceeds my expectations5.
