Upgrade: Downgraded to 1 star. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me another replacement tray and the same problem. It will be deformed and the cards will hit the printhead when printing. Ink drips or streaks appear on most decks. Extremely unreliable, making it practically unsuitable for business purposes. You need to print 4 copies of a card hoping at least one comes out clean. The tray is not very strong and is easily warped, causing ink smudges on the cards when the print head passes over it. I had two spares due to the deformity issue shown in the video. All three trays have the same problem, they aren't flat and when they work they do what you would expect. But about 30% of my cards are lost due to warping causing the cards to come into contact with the printheads.
