This is NOT like any other knife you will ever own. This is NOT the same quality as the vegetable peeler you buy at the grocery store. While the price may be close, this knife is sharper, much easier to use, and in a class of its own. It easily cleans carrots, potatoes, beets. It's hard to believe this has become a favorite dish in my kitchen. Take it.
