I like that it clearly reduces the glare. I don't know now it will effect my eyes or make it easier to fall asleep like it was suggested.cuz I just put it on. but it really has reduces the glare. The bubbles are a pain in the neck. I would suggest that you adhere it while you have a bright white screen like this one. when I got to this page I could see more bubbles I thought I had gotten them all but nope .even while typing this I saw a couple more small ones near the edge. the bubble part is the biggest pain. One other thing is there are two little tabs one on the upper left which seemed to peal off easy but the one at the bottom was terrible. when I pealed it off it left a lot of sticky residue I mean so sticky to thought it would be a dust catcher . it took a lot of work to get that little bit of sticky off my screen . well it seems to help with what I bought it for . lets see if it works to aide my being able to get to sleep in a more timely manner after using it. REMEMBER white screen it will save you a lot of time and I think it will be easier to reduce the bubbles you need to work on to remove
