I like that it is able to see all of my servers in one place with just a few clicks! It also allows me to easily access them from anywhere through remote desktop when needed without having to go into each server individually via SSH or VNC. The interface could be more user friendly but there are some good tutorials out there for those who need help getting started. If you're looking to centralize your infrastructure then this tool will do exactly what you want. We have been using this product since its inception about 4 years ago so we've had time to get used to how everything works together now. Since our network has grown over the last several months, managing things by hand was becoming quite difficult at times due to their size/scale (we run an ISP). This software makes monitoring the health of these systems very easy as well as ensuring they stay up-to.
