Review on ASUS Ultra Slim I7 1165G7 Thunderbolt UX425EA EH71 by Kyle Mason

This PC is a great option for those looking for a super portable and fast option. As a desktop replacement, it has a fast processor, blazing fast RAM and fast SSD, so all file operations and downloads are almost instantaneous. I love it and if you're looking for a super portable computer I can't recommend it highly enough. The picture shows how easily it fits into the accessory pocket of a regular briefcase. The battery is great, it's advertised at 21 hours and if you're just texting or something I could believe, if you're video conferencing expect around 4 hours. It's not optimal for gaming unless you enjoy playing your old favorites. It's also not optimal for use on workstations, I mean when multiple programs are running at the same time. But when I say several, I don't mean two, I mean four or something. I run video conferences and demanding math programs with no problems. I checked the user test specs and both the RAM and SSD did very well, but the CPU score was lower than expected. I assume this means that something in this setup is not maximizing 1135G7. At the same time, this computer works at lightning speed. I also like the Thunderbolt ports and plan to buy an eGPU for better gaming and the cost still balances out with a gaming ultrabook and I don't have to sacrifice battery life. This is an amazing computer and I love it.
