I upgraded my internet service and needed a newer router to meet the new rate limit. After doing a lot of research to compare Xfinity approved routers I settled on this Motorola and Arris because it's a newer model and also a decent price. In the end it worked out well. I can exceed the theoretical 400 Mbps for my internet service over both Ethernet and Wi-Fi 5G (although Wi-Fi without 5G is slower). But I did notice that the Wi-Fi signal is a bit weaker on the second floor, although the spec promised 2,500 square feet of coverage, which is more than my home, but that doesn't bother me too much. Would recommend anyway.
