The product is exactly as described. I'm not sure about the benefits of swing yet.
Like more expensive options. I just don't know how much this product really helps your golf swing. It looks like it's a crutch which, if removed, may not help rocking. It probably makes more sense to use a camera or mirror and practice the swing you want.
