I was eager to give SPOOBOOLA a try because I am a musician who routinely makes internet purchases of gear. Unfortunately, my interactions with this firm were very unsatisfactory. First of all, I had a hard time finding what I was looking for on their website because of how poorly organized their categories and subcategories are. I squandered a great deal of time trying to track down the materials I required. When I did find what I was looking for, I was disappointed to find that their pricing were greater than those of competing websites. Despite this, I went through with the transaction because delivery was free from SPOOBOOLA. Shipping was a major hassle. Due to infrequent updates, I was unable to accurately predict when I would receive my order. I finally got my terribly damaged shipment after waiting for several days. Unfortunately, some of the contents were damaged as well. I contacted SPOOBOOLA about the condition of my shipment, but they were useless and refused to accept responsibility for the damage. I was left feeling dissatisfied and disappointed because they provided no solutions or compensation. Overall, I was quite disappointed with SPOOBOOLA, and I would not suggest them to other artists in the market for online equipment sales. The website is confusing, the prices are expensive, the delivery is unpredictable, and the support staff is unhelpful.
