Nice strong belt. Although the length lends itself to trimming and can be easily sewn on. The ratchet feature offers a wider range of adjustment than just a belt with holes. The buckle is heavy metal and should last a long time. Not elastic at all, so the rating gets nothing. But in my opinion elasticity is not what I need from a belt, I don't wear elastics.
