I tried to unzip when opening. Stuck 2/3 of the way. Tried it carefully several times. Didn't open so I tried to zip up but it got stuck about 1/4 of the way down from closing in THIS direction. I've tried multiple times to move it past these stuck points in either direction. Do not go. I've decided to send it back. I have a return label.
