improved: the seller responded quickly to my correspondence. sends a new block. I've upgraded it to 4 stars because it's a positive review, but this item doesn't get a 5 because the device is broken. I had just plugged in the tablet and was using it when I heard an electronic click and pop and then a pungent odor. Looking around I didn't see any smoke and when I went to the outlet I found the source. The power light stayed on and the home circuits didn't show up, but the USB ports didn't work. I will contact the seller for a replacement.
