A disadvantage of laptop accessories

I love this bag and was expecting it, but would like a smaller version for my 13 inch laptop. I like the look but would like something shorter and a little less wide. If possible, make a 13" version. PS: If you have a smaller computer like me, the straps in your bag barely hold the computer (actually not even) because they are too tall.
