Wow. I didn't know a company could take care of its customers so well. I bought small pink booties for my 8 lb dog but found them to be too small for my pup. After receiving the return notification, the company wrote a friendly email asking them to investigate the reason for my return. I let them know and they immediately sent another size which they correctly knew would fit best as they asked me to trace the paws and measure the width and breadth. So smart! In my experience, the company proactively addressed my issue, communicated consistently and promptly, and resolved my issue. I really hope they have a lot of products that I will need because supporting these customer centric people in this company is important to me! Great boots from a great company.
