Review on Perceptyx by Michael Willis

I like that the Perceptyx software integrates easily with other HR system such as ADP payroll system. It also allows a great amount of flexibility when it comes to customizing reports and creating new modules. Some of the features are not intuitive. We used some of the standard modules but had a lot of difficulty finding ways to customize them to fit our needs. We were looking for a way to create a survey that would allow us to send out to multiple departments at once (i.e., engineering, marketing, etc.) We wanted to be able to see what questions employees were answering so we could be sure they were getting the feedback they needed.
