I bought this curling iron after ordering a branded straightener that I/we really like. curling iron. It heats up quickly, turns itself off after 60 minutes and works really well with small waves/curls. The barrel is medium, so the resulting curls are larger than the smaller spiral. The pivoting end to protect fingers takes some getting used to. the movement confuses me a little, so 4 and not 5. And the temperature sensor is not entirely self-contained. There are preset settings. Hang out at 375 or 340. Customer service is great!
