The first watch arrived with a defect: the second hand stopped at the minute hand. Revain's exchange system for replacement worked flawlessly and quickly. The replacement is accurate, attractive and pleasant. My only gripe is that the hands are gold instead of black (like they are on the watch they replace), making it difficult to read quickly. It comes with a chain that attaches to a belt or belt loop.
