I like how simple it was to get my account set up, they were very helpful with any questions we had during our application process! There are not many things you can dislike about this program as far as customer service goes but there have been some issues in terms of getting your information transferred over from another provider (USAA). If transferring accounts between providers make sure everything gets updated correctly because sometimes when doing so problems arise where one side has all their info correct while other does not which causes confusion for both parties involved. We needed an auto loan through US Bank who did not offer direct loans at competitive rates or even credit cards due to us being self employed contractors without steady income streams. This allowed them access into high risk borrowers looking for low interest rate options.
