
cable assembly seemed good. The only problem is that the slightest movement breaks the connection. If you're just using it for charging it might not be such a big deal, but if you're using it for data you're asking for trouble. I specifically wanted to use it in my Android Auto so I don't have to constantly fiddle around to plug in a standard USB cable. It was great just getting the end of the cord to the phone and BAM, it clicked and connected instantly. But then any movement of the phone turned off the data channel, thereby separating itself from Android Auto. This happened again and again. Gave them back. They weren't very good.
