The shorts themselves are very comfortable and the stretch works well. However, the very first day I wore them the metal end of one of the draw strings fell off without my noticing. When I found it missing I checked the other string and there wasn't really a knot holding it on. I ordered two shorts so I checked the second pair and it wasn't tied properly either so the metal tip would have fallen off those as well. As long as you re-tie the ends properly the shorts are great. If anything else falls off though I'll be coming back to update thie review and drop another star. UPDATE: I bought two of these shorts and the eleastic band becomes bunched and knotted over time causing the shorts to dig into you a bit. I wouldn't buy these again. I wouldn't recommend you buy them. But you do you.
