puppy time! in harness

Bought two sizes for our growing Rough Collie puppy. I didn't like her and neither did the puppy. It rubbed into his skin, irritating him. He put it in his mouth and tried to chew it. We didn't leave it on because it was too easy to manipulate. It took quite a bit of effort to raise him to be a wavy puppy when sometimes you have to take a puppy outside quickly! Not a fan of that.
