This cookie sandwich making tool is a brilliant addition to my Home and Kitchen collection. Based on my observations it is easy to use and efficient. The non-stick surface on the plates makes cleaning a breeze .The size of the biscuits it produces is perfect for creating snack-sized sandwiches. The only drawback I've noticed is that it takes a few tries to get the right amount of dough for each biscuit, but once you get the hang of it, the possibilities are endless.
