I received my hair and the packaging was good, product was as well. It’s very cute once you figure out how to work with it. It was different than I had expected, it’s basically a scrunchie with hair attached all around it. It takes a little adjusting to make it blend into your actual hair but once you get it, your small boring bun turns an actual full looking updo. I think it’s important to try to color match it well because I have a few highlights but I went with offblack just to make sure it matched most of my hair. Overall would recommend but it’s not a "put it on and go” product.
