I do not recommend this product if you plan to use a drywall anchor. It should be fine to install on a wooden baseboard, but there are no instructions on what size drill bit to use for the larger screw and installation was a major hassle (tightening the jackscrew is extremely difficult). Also, the supplied screws for the shorter part (that attaches to the door) are not flush with the metal part and stick out very cheaply and ugly. The part that attaches to the wall shows 3 screws and you will see the same screw holes even if you use the included 3M glue. You end up with 3 screw heads sticking out of your door very cheaply. The other version of the product has no visible screw holes. Also the strength of the magnet seems to have been thoughtlessly chosen based on what was available/cheaper for the manufacturer as the strength of the magnet makes unlocking the door from the doorstop a real chore.
