Review on Acrossio by Michael Gutierrez

I like that it's very customizable with different tools you can use for scheduling as well as meeting recordings which is great. It also syncs up nicely in Slack so there are no problems when creating an agenda or communicating via slack channels. Also their customer service team really know what they're doing! They always get back right away if we have any questions about how something works (and they've been super helpful). Sometimes things do glitch out though but usually this gets fixed quickly by them too. We started using acrossio because of our remote work culture where people aren't all working from one office location at the same time. Before switching over to using alonglio most everyone had issues finding each other while trying to schedule conference calls. Now since acrossio has helped us shift towards having more virtual/remote offices its given us flexibility with managing that workload without making everyone come into the main office.
