black skirt fits perfectly
I bought this in two colors, they are really different skirts. however, they are both good. the black is neat, fits well and falls nicely into a mermaid hot tub, the elastic is just right, not too loose and not too tight. The skirt is lightweight but not see through and can actually be worn most if not all year round (it's not very warm but boots and a sweater would be great!)
