Best tools ever: grater, peeler and slicer

I'm a chef and portable and lightweight. This plane is perfect for carrying a set of knives back and forth. The blade is insanely sharp and you can adjust the thickness which the last knife I bought couldn't. The handguard is amazing, the only downside is that it leaves about a half inch of product that cannot be cut. However, I recommend this product to everyone.
