I am normally a size large and I sized down to a medium and definitely could have gone to a small. I know the look is meant to be baggy, but even the medium was surprisingly big. I'd definitely size down 1-2 sizes. I got the beige color and I can see my black bra through it. If I were to wear a nude bra I'm sure it would be fine, but definitely a thin sweater. I don't anticipate it to keep me cozy warm. It will just act as an added layer.
