Nice little luxury, although I've seen some that get a little warmer. Overall I'm satisfied, I would give 5 stars if it got warmer or had an automatic switch-off. But for the money I paid it's good quality. It doesn't use much power and doesn't get very hot, so there's no risk of burns. There are more expensive models that heat a lot more, use more electricity and switch off after a certain time. This particular model uses little power, doesn't get very hot and is designed for 24-hour operation. It takes about 30 minutes to warm up the towels. So if you want to turn it off you can, but just turn it on before you take a bath. Overall good value for money and a bit of luxury in my life
