I have had multiple voice recorders of the same model for ?7 years? They work well and are easy to use. They pick up voice very well - in fact, I can often just put them in my pocket and they'll still pick up the other person's voice. With the microphone even under your clothes, it works well even if you are 3 or 4 feet away. I just bought a new one because I thought I lost one of mine. The new functions are very similar to the old one. Haven't tried it for the voice quality yet (wish AMZN would send those reviews back in a couple of weeks). It's got a lighter body, so I'm wondering if it can handle the drops that older models have.
